Government VAT in Seychelles is 15%

From 1st August 2023, a Seychelles Tourism Environmental Sustainability Levy of
100 SCR per person (12 years old and above) per night will apply.
This levy has been carefully designed to support the archipelago's green initiatives, including the development of renewable energy sources and the preservation of the natural environment. The Levy will apply to all existing and future bookings with stay dates from 1st August 2023. The Levy will not apply to citizens and residents of Seychelles, children below 12 years and air cabin crew members.
